The place was nice and clean when we arrived and all the instructions we were given about checking in and out were clear and detailed. Definitely plenty of space in the flat. Was a bit skeptical about being able to see the river from the windows but was pleasantly surprised by the view from the kitchen balcony. Would definitely book again when visiting Edinburgh! Garry and Ann were very friendly and provided us with all necessary information and support (e.g. for the parking). The surrounding areas are perfect for running/walking (national cycle route 75 is quite close). There are plenty of large shops nearby as well (e.g. large Asda and Sainsburys). The distance to the city center is quite close if using a bus.
